Terms of Service

SchoolMind.AI (the "Service") is a product developed and operated by SchoolMind.AI Inc. ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and SchoolMind.AI Inc. By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a school, you confirm you may accept them for that school.

The Service is for teachers, school staff and schools, aged 18 or over. It is not offered to students at this time.

Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us through [email protected] or our contact page if you think it has been misused.

The assistant uses AI to answer questions and create content. AI content can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before you use or share it. You are responsible for the content you use with students. Actions in a connected school system are carried out only after you confirm them.

When your school connects its SIS or LMS, the assistant uses the permissions you already have there. Your school decides which features you can use and is responsible for having the right to share its data with the Service.

Do not use the Service for anything illegal or harmful, upload content you have no right to use or that is unsafe, access personal data beyond what your role allows, or try to bypass its security, limits or credits. Follow the upload limits shown in the app.

You keep your rights in what you submit and in what the assistant creates for you, as far as the law allows. You allow us to process your content only to provide and support the Service.

• Teachers get free daily credits. Paid plans add credits for one month, priced in US dollars.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive your card details.

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features.

The Service, its software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as these Terms allow.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, if your use puts others at risk, if the law requires it, or if your school removes your access.

The Service is provided "as is". Its content is a teaching aid, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using AI-generated content or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms and will show the latest date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated Terms apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Questions: [email protected] or our contact page.
