Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Each request uses credits. Bigger jobs, like a narrated video or a full lesson pack, use more than a short question. Thorough mode also uses more. You can always see how many you have left in the app.
Which credits are used first?
Your free daily credits first, then your plan credits.
What happens when I run out?
You can still open your chats and files. Free credits come back the next day, or you can choose a plan.
Can my school pay for me?
Yes. Schools buy plans and assign them to teachers from the school admin area. See For schools.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure payment page.
