Do I need an SIS or LMS to use SchoolMind?
No. Lessons, documents, media and games work with just a SchoolMind account. Connecting your SIS or LMS adds homework, exams, attendance and planning in your school system.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your SchoolMind or school account. New to SchoolMind? Contact us and we'll set up your access.
Which languages can I use?
SchoolMind is multilingual. Ask in your own language and it answers in the same one. Files can be made in the language you teach in, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
Creating
What file types can SchoolMind make?
Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF documents, PNG images, MP4 narrated videos, MP3 audio, and HTML games that work offline.
Can I start from my own material?
Yes. Attach a textbook photo, a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file, up to 20 files per message and 50 MB each.
Does it follow my curriculum?
Yes. Choose your country and curriculum, national or international, and materials follow its official textbooks, units and objectives.
Integrations
Can the assistant change my school data on its own?
No. Posting homework, saving grades or publishing an exam always shows a confirmation card first. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Why can't I see student records?
Student records need your school's approval. Ask your school admin to turn the feature on for you.
Credits & plans
How many free credits do I get?
Teachers get free credits every day (10 at the moment), used before any other credits.
What happens when credits run out?
You can still read your chats and files. Free credits return the next day, or choose a plan.
